Your Computing Environment
Encompass requires no special software or hardware, but we recommend the following to access it:
- 4 MB (or more) of RAM.
- 15 Mbps or faster internet connection.
- A web browser, such as Chrome 51 (or higher), Firefox 54 (or higher), Safari 10 (or higher) or Edge 14 (or higher).
- WebGL should be enabled in the browser. You can check to see if WebGL is enabled at the link here. Look for “This browser supports WebGL 2”.
Login Credentials
For all features except those for a View Only account, you will need a valid username and password. If you do not have one, contract your Encompass administrator.

Our English- speaking team provides you with technical help through email support during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday to Friday, excluding Alberta statutory holidays) – email: help@solv3d.com
